The Hive Global Leaders Program in Abidjan Cote d’Ivoire is a 3days immersive transformational educational workshop on leadership community, integrating elements of entrepreneurship, purpose, life design, personal development, financial literacy and global systems thinking .it is designed to serve and transform purpose driven leaders.
At this event, attendees would spend time collaborating and learning from accomplished peers as well as experts in mission aligned businesses, design thinking experts, top professors for leading business schools in the world, social changers and entrepreneurs.
Over the last eight years, Hive has hosted thirty six global leaders programs across the globe with over 4,000 leaders in attendance. This Hive year in Abidjan, we are hosting 200+ leaders from 35+ countries.
Hive isn’t a regular conference , but instead it is a rapidly prototyped in-person three-day collaboration with extraordinarily, talented, creative, and innovative leaders from different countries designed to welcome you into an extremely high quality peer network for you throughout the rest of your life regardless of where you travel or what journey you take.
OUR CURRICULUM
Our curriculum and events have been designed based on our experiences with Authentic Relating Training, the Harvard Graduate School Leadership Institute, Brunel Business School (Brunel Hive), GoogleX, The Stanford d.school, Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Singularity University, Mindvalley’s Afest, the Landmark Curriculum for Living, the Ascension Leadership Academy, The Robbins-Madanes Coaching Training, The Art of Living, and Burning Man.
The Hive community was created as the founders were looking for a diverse community of leaders across business, government, and non-profit sectors who were deeply passionate about creating a better world and wanted to authentically support each other throughout the journey. We see building Hive Africa as our small part of helping to usher in a continent that works for everyone and everything.

The HIVE GLP in Abidjan is for leaders between 22 and 65 who want to live a life of meaning and purpose. Through our three day process, we help leaders like you gain more clarity on why they are alive and how they want to use the next phase of their life. You leave with a framed life plan, a clear purpose statement, and a community for ongoing support.

On day one we look at what is happening in the world. We look at the Global Grand Challenges, we look at how humanity is doing across health, education, economics, happiness, and the environment. We look into the future of science and technology and the biggest opportunities for millennials, we work together on the principles upon which we might redesign the global system, and experience a rapid prototyping workshop with Tom Chi.
On day two we discuss what is happening in your life, we look at your health and wellness and your financial plan, we go through a Designing Your Life Workshop, we create your goals, re-evaluate your habits, and create your personal one page plan.
Finally on day three we look at what is happening in your work and learn about authentic leadership and scaling an entrepreneurial organization, cover expansion stage sales and marketing, hold a Hive Unconference.
You will leave the Hive Global Leaders Program inspired but also rooted in a new calm presence you bring to your work. You’ll feel grounded in new habits and in new ways of living happy and healthy lives of gratitude and joy and have a lifelong community of supporters wherever you go.

We recommend flying in on Tuesday July 9th 2024
Fly into Abidjan International Airport (ABJ)
The program finishes 6pm on Saturday July13th 2024 with an optional closing dinner after, so we recommend flying out on Sunday 14th July 2024.
