Ryan Allis, Chairman
Ryan is the Chairman of Hive. His purpose on this planet is to build a global community of leaders committed to creating a better world. He was previously a technology entrepreneur and was CEO and Co-founder of iContact and led the company from 300 employees, 70,000 customers, and $50M in annual sales. Ryan is an Emeritus Member of the UN Foundation Global Entrepreneur Council, and served as National Co-Chairperson of Technology for Obama during the 2012 U.S. Presidential Election. Ryan enjoys helping leaders discover their purpose in life and traveling to the various Hive events around the world. He is half-American and half-British. He majored in economics at UNC-Chapel Hill and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was Co-President of the HBS Social Enterprise Club and a fellow of the Harvard Graduate School Leadership Institute. .
Grace Osula – Founder/CEO
She is the CEO of Hive Africa GLP. A platform she led into Africa in 2016. Her purpose on is to build a global community of leaders committed to creating a better world and solving humanity greatest challenges. Grace enjoys helping leaders discover their purpose in life and traveling to the various Hive events around the world.
She is a Certified Master Trainer of Entrepreneurship from the California State University, Chico USA. She also holds a Bachelor degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Abuja Nigeria.
She is a board member of the Hive Global Community of Leaders, a community who are actively working on building organizations and companies that are addressing humanity’s greatest challenges.
She was previously the President of SAGE Africa Alumni (a youth entrepreneurship platform in Africa) where she worked as a volunteer in training leaders on hands on learning entrepreneurship skills for eight years and has received numerous awards across the world for her services .
Henrietta Agboje – Experience Director
Henrietta is an experienced coach and Mentor, who is an advocate for Education for all at the grass root. She holds a bachelor degree in Library and Information Science from University of Abuja, master of Information Management from ABU Zaria, Educational Leadership from University of Roehampton London.
She is a certified librarian and a member of LRCN, member of London Association Etiquette consultants, an astute educator with certification in Etiquette and diplomas in Child protection, Child psychology, Entrepreneurship and Leadership. She is a member of Redssa Ethics Advisory board. A member of inform Africa CAB. She is presently the Experience director at Hive Africa.
She is a team lead at Brainy Age Initiative, an NGO that reaches out to children from different parts of Nigeria with a focus on educating them on issues like drug abuse and other social vices with relationship to Gender Based Violence (GBV). The initiative caters both children and women and assisting children that are out of school due to financial constraints.
Nwishienyi Joseph Emeka – Hive GLP Event Director and Mindfulness & Wellness Coach
Joseph is a certified wellness therapist running Magic hands massage and wellness, which is an all-out wellness center poised at bringing longevity to the human body. It ranges from all forms of therapeutic massages, to traditional Asian therapy, chiropractic adjustment therapy, Moroccan hammam baths, yoga exercises and psychotherapy.
He is also an entrepreneur and have served in the telecoms sector as an NOC Engr for over 8years, in the agro sector for over 26years, in the entertainment sector for about 14years, to add but a few. Joseph passion is to give back to the society; He joined the Hive Africa GLP team in 2017, served as a volunteer, and currently serves as both the Hive GLP Event Director and Hive Africa Mindfulness & Wellness Coach
Olayinka Olaosebikan – Community Director
Olayinka is the community director at Hive Africa, he controls all the Hive activities online in the community. He is a passionate change maker driven by his desire to add value to lives and organizations he encounters. He’s a certified Life Coach and a Theologian. He has influenced and positively impacted countless number of young adults through his wealth of knowledge and experience.
He is the CEO of SmartEdge Solutions, Lead Pastor – Glorious Family International Christian Centre, President and Founder of Glorious Child Fellowship, The Gathering of Champions, Meet A Mentor and Glorious Child Foundation. He loves to see young people pursue their God-given purpose, therefore, channeled his energy in stirring up passion in them to pursue excellence and win in life
Jenny Chisom – Social Media Director
Chisom Utibe Akah (a.k.a. Jenny Chisom) is a dynamic and visionary Nigeria who has been an integral part of Hive Africa since inception. As a pioneer member of the Hive Africa community, she has been instrumental in its visibility and success, serving mostly as the official promoter (blogger and social media manager).
Her passion for male gender advocacy and entrepreneurship is evident in her work as an accomplished content publisher and producer on YouTube and other social platforms. Her ability to create engaging and informative content has contributed to the success of numerous campaigns and initiatives just like Hive Africa.
With her keen eye for details and excellent communication skills, Chisom has proven to be a valuable asset to the Hive team. Her dedication to promoting the values of the organization, particularly using PR and storytelling while daringly empowering male voices is unmatched. Her work ethic, creativity, and commitment to excellence make her a standout member of the Hive Africa team.
